c77bd Terms & Conditions – Your Rights and Responsibilities

1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the c77bd platform, accessible at https://c77bd.app, and all related services provided by c77bd ("we", "us", "the Platform"). By registering an account, depositing funds or using any service available on c77bd, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must not use the Platform.

These Terms apply to all users of the Platform regardless of their location, device or the manner in which they access c77bd. They apply equally to players who deposit and wager real money and to users who browse the Platform without a registered account. c77bd reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following any modification constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

3. Eligibility

Use of the c77bd Platform and registration of an Account is subject to the following eligibility requirements. c77bd reserves the right to verify compliance with these requirements at any time and to close any Account found to be in breach.

• You must be at least 21 years of age. c77bd strictly prohibits access to or use of the Platform by anyone under the age of 21. Age verification may be required at any time.
• You must register using your own personal details. Creating an Account in another person's name, with fabricated information, or using another person's identity documents is a material breach of these Terms.
• Each player is permitted to hold only one Account on the Platform. Duplicate Accounts will be closed and any funds held in them may be forfeited at c77bd's sole discretion.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, director or close family member of any of the above of c77bd or any of its affiliated entities, software providers or payment processing partners.
• You must provide a valid Bangladeshi mobile number that you own and control for the purpose of Account verification and security. This number will be used to send one-time passwords and account notifications.

4. Account Registration and Security

To access the full range of services on c77bd, you must register a personal Account. Registration requires a valid Bangladeshi mobile number, a password you have chosen, and confirmation that you meet the eligibility criteria set out in Section 3 of these Terms. c77bd may request additional identity documentation at any stage of your account lifecycle for KYC compliance purposes.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials including your password and any one-time verification codes sent to your registered mobile number. c77bd will never contact you by telephone or unsolicited message to request your password. If you receive any communication claiming to be from c77bd asking for your login credentials, treat it as fraudulent and report it to [email protected] immediately.

• You must not share your Account login credentials with any third party. Any activity conducted through your Account using your credentials is your sole responsibility, regardless of whether you authorised that activity.
• You must notify c77bd support at [email protected] immediately if you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation. c77bd will investigate and take appropriate action to secure your Account.
• c77bd reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account where there is evidence of fraud, identity theft, collusion, exploitation of system errors or any other form of dishonest conduct.
• On request, you must provide c77bd with copies of valid government-issued identity documents (such as a National ID card or passport) and proof of your registered payment method. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in Account suspension.

5. Deposits and Withdrawals

c77bd processes all deposits and withdrawals in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). No currency conversion is applied. Deposits are credited to your Account Balance immediately upon successful confirmation from your chosen payment provider. c77bd accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank and other approved payment methods as displayed on the Platform from time to time.

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit on your Account, in accordance with anti-money-laundering best practices. c77bd reserves the right to request supporting documentation before processing any withdrawal request, particularly for first-time withdrawals or amounts that materially exceed a player's historical deposit pattern.

• The minimum single deposit is ৳200. The minimum withdrawal is ৳500. Maximum single deposit and withdrawal limits are displayed within your Account dashboard and may vary by payment method and account verification status.
• Deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. c77bd will not process deposits from third-party accounts. Any deposit found to have originated from a third-party source may be returned and the associated Account suspended pending investigation.
• c77bd does not charge fees on deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider (e.g. bKash, Nagad) may apply their own service charges. c77bd has no control over and bears no responsibility for any fees applied by third-party payment providers.
• Withdrawal processing times are typically same-day for amounts within standard limits via bKash and Nagad. Larger amounts or first-time withdrawals may be subject to a KYC review which can extend processing to up to 3 business days.
• Any funds remaining in a dormant Account (no login or transaction for 12 consecutive months) may be subject to a monthly inactivity fee as detailed in the Platform's fee schedule. c77bd will notify the registered mobile number before any inactivity fee is applied.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

c77bd offers various promotional bonuses to eligible players including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins and seasonal promotions tied to events such as BPL, Eid and Pohela Boishakh. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion and the general bonus terms set out in this section.

Bonus funds are not immediately withdrawable. They are credited to a separate bonus wallet and must be wagered in accordance with the applicable wagering requirement before any portion can be transferred to your real-money balance and withdrawn. The wagering requirement, eligible games, time limits and maximum withdrawal from bonus play are specified in the individual promotion terms.

• Each bonus offer is available once per player unless specifically stated otherwise. Players who have self-excluded or applied deposit limits below the minimum qualifying deposit for a promotion are not eligible to receive that promotion.
• c77bd reserves the right to withhold, reverse or reclaim any bonus or associated winnings where there is evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: wagering on low-variance outcomes to artificially meet wagering requirements, using multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, or engaging in coordinated betting with other players.
• Free spins awarded as part of a promotion will expire if not used within the time period specified in the promotion terms. Expired free spins are non-refundable and cannot be replaced.
• c77bd reserves the right to modify, suspend or withdraw any promotional offer at any time without prior notice. Players who have already opted into a promotion at the time of its modification or withdrawal will be governed by the terms that were in effect at the time of opt-in.

7. Fair Play and Prohibited Conduct

c77bd is committed to maintaining a fair, honest and enjoyable gaming environment for all players. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Platform and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

• Using automated software, bots, scripts or any other technology to interact with the Platform in a manner not available to standard human users.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage, including chip dumping in poker-style games or coordinated betting strategies designed to exploit bonus structures.
• Exploiting any software bug, glitch or error on the Platform to gain a financial advantage. Any winnings derived from a demonstrable Platform error are not valid and will be reversed.
• Making chargebacks or payment reversals through your bank or payment provider in bad faith after funds have been deposited and used for wagering on the Platform.
• Providing false or misleading information during registration, KYC verification, or in any communication with c77bd's support team.

8. Responsible Gaming

c77bd takes its responsible gaming obligations seriously. The Platform is intended to provide entertainment for adult players who can afford to play. It is not a source of income. 9. Intellectual Property

Any unauthorised use of these marks in connection with gambling services, social media, promotional material or any other context is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action. Players may not use c77bd's brand assets for any commercial purpose without prior written authorisation.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, c77bd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of goodwill or business interruption, even if c77bd has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

c77bd makes no warranty, express or implied, that the Platform will be available at all times, free from technical errors, or that any specific game outcome or betting result will match your expectations. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

• c77bd is not liable for any failure or delay in performance caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including internet service outages, payment provider downtime, force majeure events or government actions.
• In the event of a technical malfunction that affects the outcome of a game or bet, c77bd reserves the right to void the affected round and return stakes to all affected players. No additional compensation beyond the return of stakes will be payable in such circumstances.
• Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

11. Amendments to These Terms

c77bd reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, c77bd will notify registered players via a notification to their registered mobile number or a prominent notice on the Platform at least 7 days before the changes take effect. It is your responsibility to review the Terms periodically. Continuing to use the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
